The winners of the Regional Competition The best business plan, 2017 edition, southern and UTA Gagauzia region

The Center for Entrepreneurial Education and Business Support (CEDA), in partnership with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Association of Business Women in Balti and the financial support of the Liechtenstein Development Services Foundation, organized the 4th  “Best Business Plan” competition, the 2017 edition of the regional stage.

The participants at the event were the graduates of secondary vocational technical education institutions from the southern and UTA Gagauzia region.

The Regional Contest is organized within the framework of the “Training Activity in the Field of Entrepreneurship and Employment” (MEEETA IV) project, aiming to promote the entrepreneurial spirit among the pupils in secondary technical and post-secondary technical education institutions, by appreciating the best business plans developed by students within the Basics of Entrepreneurship discipline. Today, 10 business plans have been presented.

At the opening of the event, with a word of greeting, came Sofia Suleanschi who mentioned the following: “For us it is important that students from secondary technical and post-secondary technical institutions have entrepreneurial skills, come up with initiative spirit, innovative ideas, and when you find yourself on the labor market in the Republic of Moldova to be able to negotiate a good salary, but also to offer professional and entrepreneurial skills. If you have a viable business idea, do not be afraid to take the first steps, because unfortunately, the business environment in the Republic of Moldova is not so friendly to the entrepreneurs and especially to the young graduates. Hopefully with joint efforts we will change this situation as the project MEEETA is extended for the next 3 years. ”
