Today, August 21, 2017, the Center for Entrepreneurial Education and Business Support (CEDA) officially opened the Summer School for Young Leader Ladies, which is being developed under the REVOCC project (“Re-Engineering Vocational Orientation and Career Counselling”). The project is implemented by CEDA in partnership with the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research and the National Agency for Employment with the financial support of the Austrian Development Agency.
The 90 participants of the Summer School from different educational institutions from Republic of Moldova aged 14-18 years old benefit from a new training program focused on the development of leadership skills and career design.
As a result of participating in the activities of the Summer School, the participants will:
– Discover and develop leadership skills
– Identify strengths and weaknesses that need to be developed for a successful career
– Develop personal career development plans
– Investigate their own entrepreneurial potential
– Be motivated to convey the experience gained in the field of career planning and to carry out similar activities in their localities
